Bolt anchors JA 4x100M to Gold, World Record

Going into the 4x100M finals, there were 4 facts:

(1) Jamaica won the last 3 at world events ( 2008 Olympics, 2009 & 2011 World Championships)
(2) Jamaica broke the world record twice, with it at 37.04
(3) Asafa Powell would not be running, but Jamaica was still confident
(4) The USA had mishaps in prior 3 events but were ready to challenge

In he end, the USA team challenged but it was too much for them as Bolt anchored the Jamaican team to a blistering 36.84 and new world record. USA finished 2nd in 37.04 and Trinidad & Tobago (T&T) was third in 38.12 after Canada was disqualified.

Congratulations to the Jamaican record-breaking relay team, all medal-winning relay .
